Hi all,
Is this a bit long winded? I adapted one from the suggested template on here and a few bits from other websites too?
Thanks0 -
Hi all,
I will submit this tonight if anyone has any suggestions etc?
Thanks0 -
Well, I have just submitted it. Fingers crossed!0

Have just seen this. Bbc have done a bit on private parking charges.http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-315454170

Hi UKPC have sent a long detailed rebuttal to my popla appeal with photos and now are providing break down of costs and contracts?!
HELP!0 -
Nothing new. Their "evidence" is full of holes. There are several threads containing rebuttals to PPC evidence; search for rebuttal and you'll find something you can use to send to POPLA to kill off their nonsense.0

Hi @bod1467, thanks I will have a search. I had sent an appeal to Popla, so this is there counter argument.
They have submitted costs and arguments to my points, so will have a look to see what I can now respond with (presuming my response will be looked at?)
Their response to my appeal was 5 pages! I am a little jittery now that they are going to win
Thanks0 -
They're not going to win.
Post up the list of 'losses' that go to make up their £100 odd charge, and we'll tear it to shreds for you.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
UKPC win? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Their GPEoL calculation will mostly consist of staff costs that are normal business costs. Any costs relating to POPLA appeals cannot ever be a genuine PRE-estimate of loss ... they can never assume that 100% of people who receive tickets will appeal to POPLA. (The reality is at most 2%).0 -
