Harassed my line manager at work a little bit today, my holiday request has been confirmed so I just booked flights so I shall be sunning myself on the nearest available safe sunny spot over my birthday.
Flight out £45, flight back £133....yeah well who wants to come home anyway right?
Just need to pay for airport parking now and the rest of the money I've been given for my birthday (early) I'm going to turn in to Euros for the purchasing of cocktails. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

The cocktail fund got a boost of £50 today in the form of a cheque from newvista.
Other than that I've spent the day working, nice busy weekend ahead of me.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Weekend at work complete.
Fridge restocked with roast lamb dinner, chicken provencal with pasta and extra veggies and a tomato and tarragon omelette. I love working in a kitchen. No cake although I have enjoyed a chocolate cheesecake, sticky chocolate and orange cake, and lemon cream sponge.
Although those cakes were worked in to my mfp calorie allowances I went for a run after work this afternoon, 2.6 miles in 28 minutes -although the distance is a rough guesstimate and the time based on the time endomondo stopped working and the time I arrived at the door to the coffee bar. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Cheque in the bank. Lucky really since I just spent £60 on a cycle helmet (it was the only one which fit on my head and tightened up without feeling like it was going to come off ).
I had planned on washing the small mountain of bedding but since it's raining again I've just done one set and have the normal washing in the machine instead - don't need work clothes for a couple of days as I've a clean shirt at work already and not going to be guest facing tomorrow.
Did some food shopping while I was out £20 in Mr S, which included oats, golden syrup so I can make some flapjack, fresh veggies, and some reduced mince which I've put in the freezer box. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Just finished a survey on opinionoutpost which has got me over the 50 point threshold, so when the website stops playing up (does it periodically) I'll redeem for £2.50 in to my paypal account. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Finished work early today, seem to have hurt my foot at some point Monday morning. The outside of my foot below the ankle is sore and swollen, hurts when I stand up or walk on it so work has been fairly unpleasing for the last couple of days so when one of the staff called in sick I took the chance to get out early (I've some lieu time I can use).
Not really done much sitting down though, two loads of bedding washed and out on the communal line, I would do another load but I don't want to completely fill the line. Also bimbled around and done some tidying up, so two boxes of recycling have been dumped in the blue bins.
I want to build the Ikea shelf I got last week but don't want to be carrying the box up stairs and if I start shredding the cardboard down here I'll only have to tidy up again.....so I'm leaving it boxed and propped up in the corner. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Foot still swollen and sore when I stand up, can do anything else, flex it, stretch it, cross my legs and sit on it, but as soon as I stand up it hurts.
Got a card through the door to say I had a parcel this morning, its been left with a neighbour which is nice, but am not sure I like the postie defining neighbour as a property in the block two blocks from mine! Will go pick it up this evening. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Hope your foot is better soon scuba - do you think you hurt it when you were out running or are you not sure how it happened?
Well done for completing the surveys etc - I get a bit impatient with them as I get screened out a lot of the time and also find them somewhat tedious!! So I don't tend to persevere!
Is Newvista a survey site? I've never looked at that one. Well done for receiving your cheque from them!:j£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

I wish I knew what I've done, didn't notice any unusual discomfort when I ran on Sunday but noticed a few twinges when I was walking around town on Monday nothing too serious so I just assumed I needed to stretch when I was home, Tuesday I noticed the swelling.
Yeah NewVista is a survey site, I find if I make the effort to do all the ones they send me I cash out once a year or so.
I get impatient with them too, which is why I have so many emails unopened in that inbox to work through. I tend to prioritise some companies over others, mainly the ones with smaller payouts/more regular invites. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
