No 15 over payment for April £1462 made up of £462 normal capital reduction from DD plus £1000 over payment. Short holiday this month so will just be normal capital reduction in May unless I can squeeze any extra from food budget etc.
Big step this month sub £100k - very good feeling - really makes me feel that OPs are making a difference
thanks Lomcevak

#50 here. Just posted my £500 OP for April via Googledocs.
According to my master mortgage spreadsheet, this time next year I will be MF if I keep up the OPs at the same rate :j
Hard to believe and seems to have come round really quickly but I have been OP varying amounts since I took the mortgage out in 2001. STarted in earnest in 2009 when my balance at the start of the year was £90k.
Still, just shows the effect of OPing - 10 years off the term of a 25-year mortgage, can't be bad! What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
