However, i'll sometimes make an extra OP of loose change to the mortgage (tilly tidies!). I'd wonder what the bank think of getting £1.57, or £2.31, but frankly it'll all add up to reducing my mortgage so I don't care what they think!

I was fortunate to get some inheritance last year, so part was OP, part went to savings, but it's not always like that by a long shot!
