So why did you post a completely different T&Cs then?0 -
when they send the order confirmation they state bring photo id if you have paid by paypal0

Just gather all the non photo ID's you do have plus a print out of the order details and go and see the store manager. Common sense should prevail.
If not just get a refund and shop elsewhere - not a big issue and not worth getting worked up about.
Longer term get your self a photo ID to make life easier0 -

Wouldn't you check to see what a valid form of ID is before going to collect the package if you didnt have a passport or driving licence?0 -

Not if the confirmation just said ID and not "photo ID" . I try not to do business with companies who are slapdash and inaccurate.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Certainly I wouldnt accept a birth certificate as verification of that persons identity - anyone can get a copy.
Which store do you work for ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Like a birth certificate ............... Nothing in those terms to say a photo ID is required. I can think of several forms of ID that show someone is over 18 (although unless the OP is picking up booze or knives the ID of the person not their age should be the focus- but whoever writes this stuff doesn't appear to have a grip on the nuances of what they are trying to communicate.)I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
