£1.10 on eggs from the egg man. Breakfast tomorrow, so no NSD.

    Hope everyone's having a fab week :)
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Had to go out and get MORE cold medicine, haven't costed it in as I'm now at the stage where I ave spent so much on it I'd have nowt left for food!

I hit T as prime YS time, so I'm noting this in my diary as a good time to go! £7.44 spend for...

    8 cans fizzy pop
    12 satsumas
    3 packs potato farls
    1 fruit loaf
1 posh blue cheese to go with the fruit loaf
    2 mozzarella balls
    3 small pizzas

About half price overall, so happy with that.

Today was nsd number 9 for the month.

Today I made Jacket potatoes in the SC. Last time I did them they were slightly underdone and had hard bits, this time I think they may have been overdone as they were a bit slushy inside!?
I think I will stick to micro cooking them in future. I can't do them in the oven as we have an electric oven that EATS the electric :(

I think I will take them off next months planner as the two unsuccessful attempts has put everyone off them a bit. I will replace them with filled baguettes for next month.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

Hope everyone is having a good day the weather is terrible here. VERY windy :)

    Happy birthday :j

A spend of £3.01 which I am very pleased with, I'd told myself not to break in to a note and only spend the £4.20 loose change I had and I did :T
I'll have a NSD tomorrow then I'll do a shop at L!dl on Saturday morning for their 1/2 price weekend offers. I can't afford to go over budget this month so I won't be spending much then either.

Happy Birthday scotmumof3. Hope you've enjoyed your day.:)

Just updated my signature to £61.16 for the month so far, which is a bit under budget, so I'm happy. I've had a few small shops in A*di, W8rose and T*sco, all on essentials, with some YS bread, noodles, parsnips and free range chicken. I have been very good and stayed away from the biscuit aisles, even though DD has been asking plaintively for biscuits. She has coped without them with the help of microwave popcorn and a couple of batches of HM cakes. She is very good at cake.:j
