WY Parking / Parking Collection Services - Debt Recovery Plus Letter!

Oh stop - to repeat what Umkomaas has said - ISN'T IT OBVIOUS, IF THE NOTICE TO OWNER COMES FROM PCS AND SAYS TO APPEAL TO PCS, THEN APPEAL TO PCS!
Why does this need such discussion, this is easy. PCS issue the NTO/NTK so PCS gets the appeal letters. Why even ask when the NTO tells you who to appeal to (who cares if PCS are part of DRP, they allowed to issue NTKs for a client. THIS IS NOT 'IGNORE THE DEBT COLLECTOR STAGE', THIS IS/WAS 'APPEAL STAGE'). Why did you ignore their letters dated 6th November? With car 1 and 2, they (you? or neighbours?) are now beyond the point where I would expect a POPLA code and so don't be surprised if PCS say that - and who cares if they do anyway...
You will probably get no POPLA codes and should then complain again to the BPA who 'might' just tell PCS to issue POPLA codes for all 3, which would be a result after ignoring the chance to appeal for over a month after 6th November. You definitely need to show the video to the BPA (and to us!):We also have video footage of WY parking entering the place where cars were already parked, and then start to put up signs. After that, they start to go round putting tickets on each car!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Please stop hijacking irrelevant threads!
First you need to read the Newbies Sticky at the very top of this forum - This explains your situation and your various options for dealing with it.
Then start your own thread for further, more specific help and advice.0 -
I didn't know i was hijacking anything. I've only started tonight. I can't see anywhere 'Newbies Sticky'. And I read that to start a new thread (can't find how to do that either)would be stupid because all the info is already on here. What a nice welcome i've had. Thank you0

And you can't see the 'sticky info threads' because you are on someone's thread rather than on page one of the parking forum. When you joined you would have been offered forum 'how to use' info such as this:
New To The Forum?
So look at that link - it's in blue so it's a hyperlink for newbies to click.
Then when on any thread (e.g. on this thread) on the right of the page, top and bottom, you will see 'FORUM JUMP'. Use it and click 'GO' which hops you back home to page one of the forum that any thread you read sits on. For example if you read a thread about coupons, the 'Forum Jump' will click you to the top of 'Discount Codes & Vouchers' forum, and here, this thread is on the 'Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking' board, rather like separate books on a shelf (and here you are stuck on a page in the middle of a book, rather than starting at the beginning).
So use the Forum Jump and you will always know how to find your way to the top threads in the section you are interested in. You will see near the top of this forum, an info thread 'sticky' (stuck to the top like it's pinned up on a noticeboard permanently) in capitals, PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST!'
I will not link it because that doesn't help you to hop around the forum when you come back to update the thread you will then have seen where to start. Your questions are already answered in the Newbies thread, in post #4 about 'ignore the debt collector stage'. So hop to the top of the forum now and look for it among the 'stickies'.
AND NO - THE ADVICE HERE NEVER INVOLVES PHONING A SILLY DEBT COLLECTOR! WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU THINK A DEBT COLLECTOR IS GOING TO TRY TO TALK YOU INTO DOING?! YEP, YOU GUESSED IT.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
