WY Parking / Parking Collection Services - Debt Recovery Plus Letter!

Ok, can anyone advise the best thing to do.
This WY Parking (we have witnesses and even video footage!) came to a place where lots of cars were already parked, and then proceeded to put signs up and then started putting tickets on the windscreens.
They did the same a week later in a different spot just yards away (this time they were caught on video putting up their shoddy sign after cars were already parked there!).
So far, received following letters from Parking Collection Services from Ashton Under Lyme:
car 1 date ticketed on windscreen (20th Sep 2014)
Car 1: (Keeper name is incorrect on their Letter!)
Letter 1 (PCL): Notice to Keeper or Hire company - requesting £120- 6th Nov
Letter 2 (PCL): Notice of Liability - requesting £120- 4th Dec
Car 2 date ticketed on windscreen (9th Sep 2014)
Car 2:
Letter 1(PCL): Notice to Owner - requesting £120- 6th Nov
Letter 2: Debt Recovery Plus requesting £120 - 2nd Dec
Car 3 date ticketed on windscreen (28th Oct 2014)
Car 3:
Letter 1(PCL): Notice to Keeper or Hire company - requesting £120- 6th Dec
Is it best to respond via soft appeal and requesting POPLA to these?
Or just ignore completely?
It seems they have gone straight to Debt Recovery Plus on the second car!

Appeal each one separately, all to WY Parking. See NEWBIES FAQ sticky for appeal template. Do not write to DRP.
Especially if you've video evidence, complain loudly to Steve Clark at the BPA and to the DVLA - email addies for both in post #6 of the above sticky.
Contact Trading Standards as well and ask them to investigate.
Let us know how that all goes - but do get on with your initial appeals, don't time-out on the possibility of POPLA.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks. So we need to write to WY Parking and not PCS who are DRP in disguise?
if so, will get on to it right away.
I can't seem to find a proper address for WY parking!0 -
Its on the BPA website0

Cool, thanks.
There is a link on BPA website to WY parking's website and it has 2 addresses.
Is it best to write to the Registered company office in London or the normal address they give?
thanks0 -
no idea, in which case, do both with free proof of posting at the PO
if in doubt , cover all bases , but it does say to address ALL CORRESPONDENCE to the Bradford office
seems clear enough to me0 -

To whom do the letters say the appeal should be made?
The letters are from Parking Collection Services (PCS) on behalf of their client WY Parking Enforcement (The ones who were putting up the signs and slapping windscreen stickers on)
On back of the Parking Collection Services letter it says to appeal to PCS via either
letter to: Parking Collection Services, PO Box 271, Ashton Under Lyme, OL6 0DL or
appeal online at their website: parkingcsl.co.uk/appeals.
Since Parking Collection Services is a debt recovery / different name for Debt Recovery Plus, should the letters be to them or to WY Parking? not sure!0 -
Follow the details from the letters. You could also send copies to WY. If posting, get a free Certificate of Posting from the PO (don't use 'signed for' as often they won't sign for anything). Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
