Just got a ticket from GB parking solutions whilst visiting a branch of Homebargins. I didn"t see the disabled sign on the floor as I was too far forward whilst in the car and the sun was blinding me. I am very angry with myself as I hate anyone who knowingly parks in disabled spot. What do I do next as it seems that GB parking solutions have been terminated as a member of the BPA 4 days ago....... Can anyone help where do I go from here?
I was there for 4 mins, he refused to give me ticket insisted it was stuck to my window screen as I was against the law to hand it to me. Should I pay?

You read the Newbies sticky thread at the top of the parking board which will tell you how to avoid paying this.0

You do absolutely nothing. GB Parking Solutions has no access to DVLA registered keeper data so has no way of finding out who you are or where you live. Shamshar Singh is hoping you will be mug enough to simply pay up, or to contact them giving away your identity. Don't be that mug!
Spouting cobblers about laws governing what they do with their toilet-paper fake parking tickets (there are no such laws) is about the right level for this utterly inept, useless outfit.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Does the sign indicate the IPC or BPA?
Against the law.... that's a good one0 -
They do not appear to be the full shilling, this from their website
We follow strict external codes, but he have stricter internal codes to provide excellence in you parking operation
one to ignore I think. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I don't know how correct this is:

but it might be worth reading.0 -
Get in touch with Home Bargains, telling them that you will no longer be shopping with them due to the dodgy parking company employed on the site (and one whichj has been booted out of the BPA and has failed to file any accounts). Home Bargains may not own the land, but they'll certainly know who the landlord is, and should be applying pressure to have this parasite removed.
Home Bargains do respond...

Many thanks all.... Felt bad enough any way, seems from the BPA website that they got terminated for having 12 sanctions against them... So I do nothing as he cannot now get any info from me as he cannot access the DVLA0

I will do but shall wait the 28 days first to see if they chase me, so there is no other way they can find me?0
