    Afternoon everyone :)

We all seem to be smashing the January debts :T I took a pair of DH's boots back for a refund today as the lining had split. He couldn't find any others he liked so he said he will make do with his old ones - excellent! That's £99 paid back to my B/C then....

    #85 £1425.90/£25,000 5.7%

Hoping to skim my bank account tomorrow to meet another challenge...

Haha every day I check the site I've got my fingers crossed but not even a tenner yet

I've never tried them! What is the quality like?

I'm hoping my work still does the free vouchers and discounts, I got sunglasses and glasses two years ago with the reflective stuff on (for driving) and it worked out fairly cheap.
Quality is good - you can get the frames posted to you to try them out for free before you order glasses too which is good! I got really annoyed in Specsavers last time I went cos I'd spent AGES picking out which pairs I wanted and when I gave them to the woman she told me they didn't suit me - that wasn't what I'd asked and I didn't really care what she thought!!

Payment of £1,200 today (Ebay is great!!!). So happy to drop below the £20k mark. Whilst I know this is still a massive amount, compared to £40k+ it's such a good feeling watching the debt dwindle down. Definitely going to keep me motivated to get this debt down to £0!

    #119 £23,108/£42,908 (53.9%)

    Keep going everyone! :T

Thanks, but it's going to get harder as I run out of things to flog on eBay :) But I'll keep chipping away as best I can
  • Well I'm checking in again, I'm #038!

I just made another big payment of £292 today! It was some backdated money that I totally had not counted on but I've been able to pay off my catalogue debt. It feel incredibly good and I've been able to bring my debt free date forward.

I love being a part of this thread, its the perfect place to come and feel positive about making the decision to throw that extra £ at the debt.

    So, I'm now at £588/£1378

    Keep at it guys. :j
