It's different to Poste Restante, you can't collect mail with Keepsafe, it's simply retained then delivered to your address when the Keepsafe period ends.
However, it is possible to get PR at some Post Offices, although it's not clear whether it would be suitable for the OP as it's really designed for people who are travelling.
