My trip to Ts was pretty mundane. No real bargains to be had. No Lynx sets, a few half price sweets and the obligatory make your own cracker sets. Suppose it saved from buying stuff I don't really need.

Was mad at myself for forgetting a £8 off £80 I had. £80 was easy to spend today as the kids gave me Christmas money to buy some Amiibo characters at £10.50 each  I've since discovered the £8 off £80 has gone in the recycling bin by mistake, so I'll have to go rummaging for it. DS1 now wants some booze for new year parties so I can use it on that.

a good price - this is especially useful if you are sending something low value, worth under £20 with no time constraints on a normal weekday.

the last 2 parcels I sent were higher value, had to arrive very quickly with a signature and I had to send at a weekend.
The Saturday afternoon one cost me £3.78 I think, I could track it every step of the way and it arrived Monday noon - worth the extra pound I think not to have to worry about it.

what service did you use at that price to be able to track? i use 2nd sign for £3.90 and 9 out of 10 times there next day and i post alot

Just put £12 of Anchor and dairy lea in my online basket and the £3 off when you spend £12 on Dairy worked. Had 6 packets of dairylea so took one out at a time and the £3 off when you spend £12 on Dairy was still working. Got it down to one anchor and 1 dairylea and code still working. Not taking anymore out the basket but might still work.
    hth. :)
