Well done on your weighloss by the way, looks as if you have lost more this week. :T
I am hoping she will text because I text her and she rings because she cant or couldn't text . A call can last from couple mins to over an hour and everything got to be silence tv etc . A text from her and I can still watch tv etc
Thank you
I weighed as normal Thursday Christmas Day and was :eek::eek:
I had lost 4 and half lbs :j:j:j:j
Only thing I didn't keep as normal on SW was Christmas Eve tea I couldn't even force it down with being poorly.0 -

Good afternoon all.
lutzi1 was not a happy bunny this morning to be called away from the bosom of her family on the morning of the 27th, only for the bride to turn up seriously late. I couldn't even claim the extra time as we get a flat (and terribly small) fee at the weekends. Bride's mother told us the idiotic daughter - who was travelling over 100 miles for a 12 o'clock wedding though she herself lived within 15 miles of the venue, - was in floods of tears in the car, as was her father, but when they arrived this was manifestly not the case.:mad::mad: Rant over.

I keep thinking about getting myself a smartphone, but it would break my heart to have to upgrade from my £1 a month contract :rotfl::rotfl:
My current phone is now nearly 3 years old, battery lasts a fortnight and it does all I need. It was a £20 phone from the Vodafone shop and people that see it think it is a very thin Blackberry :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Problem is I can't have the 02 offers
That is the only thing that is making me think that I need a smartphone, I keep wondering if I could get away with using wifi for those, there is reasonable wifi in our local town centre so I would be two minutes walk from most of the places that do the offers on 02
If anyone sees an incredible offer on a reasonable smartphone can you shout please
Cant you buy a sim free smartphone and put your contract sim in it ? Perhaps someone with more knowledge will know
Don't like those cauliflowers on Candy but I am sat by your side

I don't know where people get all these reductions in prices at A. My As, as usual, still have 2 for £8:eek: on the gift sets, the chocs we got before Christmas are still at full prices and 3 for £10, the Crackers are still ridiculously priced (£2) and even anything else marked at "Sale" is still well over £2:eek:. They clearly haven't reached these parts with any real reduced prices yet. Just the same, as they never have any 2p items in my stores:rotfl:.0

Was an interesting walk in though, it's like a big giant ice rink out there  took me half an hour instead of 15 minutes :rotfl:
Thinking about taking a wee jaunt to T's but that'll involve defrosting the car and I'm not really sure I cba!
Right time for some lunch and a cuppa while I ponder what I'm going to do
Will turn the ice snow yellow

Thats fantastic, I need a bit of your motivation!
I am going back on the low carbing from January. Its the only thing that seems to work for me, although tricky as I am a vegetarian (great excuse to eat lots of cheese though!).
I've got lots of weight to shift, and want to give it a really good go. Big holiday in June/July, then my 40th, followed by major surgery, so would be nice to be a few stone lighter!0 -
I'm still "on holiday" really, as I hope many people are. I think I'll go back to sleep for the Christmassy/New Year/weekend period:rotfl::rotfl:, nice slow day, see ya later!:):wave:0

:T:T:T tweets' mum and the phone
I'm another one who could not bear to be parted from her iPad. When they first came out I thought they looked like fun but couldn't justify buying one. Then I was fortunate enough to win one and now can't even imagine life without it. We'll probably be buried together one day
