    Morning all :)

Glad i sent OH out last night to do a couple of choc shops and like others have reported, Thorntons OOS online, i have 10 chocs in the offer signed out and 8 signed in.

I remember a while ago (quite a while ago now) when something went OOS, we were safe for a few days after to do a few more shops. worried now whether we can still do that - only one way to find out i suppose :D

He also got a shop wrong (only bought 1 thorntons) so i sent him back to return :-O - i thought id check the receipt and it still returned a small APG, is it ok to use this? or not? (its obviously got R written next to the chocs)
    TIA

Another lovely picture to bring on the festive cheer, thank you wacky
    Morning :)

Morning Westie, how are you feeling this morning?
Not really, can't seem to shake this chesty cough - sometimes when I breathe you can hear a crackling noise - and my back still hurts :(

That is exactly what I have, I have never ever felt so ill in all my life.
Have you been to the doc? I went on Monday and got antibiotics, finish them later today and must say that I haven't got the cough like I did have and it's not productive anymore.
Hope you feel better very very soon x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
  • Morning Everyone,

Happy Friday to those who are breaking up today.

    I don't have a day off until 14th Jan :(

If you thought my week could get no worse what with the house and the car, it just has. Last night I was very unwell :( Unsure what I've eaten, but thank goodness I work from home otherwise I'd be ringing in sick.

Anyway I'm tooked up in bed feeling sorry for myself and doing a little T / 3V Research. Below is a sample from the T&C's from the Fuel Save programme. Does Tesco gift cards mean just Tesco Gift Cards? :rotfl: I'm trying to work out if I'm still going to be getting my money off on the Fuel Save programme.

Qualifying spend excludes purchases of Infant milk formulae, tobacco products, fuel, prescription medicines, stamps, saving stamps, lottery, cafe, E-Top-up, money, insurance, Tesco gift cards, Paypoint and purchases from in-store concessions (including, but not limited to, Costa, Harris & Hoole, Giraffe)

Is there a way to check what spends contributed to how much off per litre I have been able to accumulate? :D

Just wanted to nip on to thank hampydoodums and the person who put up the link for the staples chocolate deal

Popped into Staples and picked up quite a few chocs , I know they aren't 1p but my kids have been asking for popping candy freddo's and the mini maltesers which were also 3 for 2 also Xmas decs and wrapping 10p cracker making kit for 10p each
Loom bands were also 10p each
Lots of packs of Christmas cards 10p
Many shelves empty though apparently sale has been on a few days
Staff had already bagged the big tubes of chocs for themselves but I'm very pleased with what I got
    Thanks again

I was going to post that this morning. Blue back in stock (only one I think) and the 5 comes off automatically if you're over £30. (So you need two)
I succumbed this time. I'm not sure I want to use them yet though as nice plates and small kids don't mix.

The 3v cards give you money off fuel but you are only allowed up to 20p per litre per month . I've got 38 p but will probably lose the remainder unless they go on the following months.

    Good Morning everyone :)
