That tells you what you need to know even if slightly confused. The traffic regulation order doesn't actually give the speed camera legal authority it sets the speed limit.

Well if there were no signs you'd have to guess the limit which wouldn't be very handy. The law on signs is that they must give "adequate guidance"

Good morning! I'm in Italy for a pre-Christmas break and seem to have spent most of yesterday asleep... Am very tired.

But just wanted to remind anyone going for a Boots meal deal that there are vouchers in the Boots mag and they are giving till spits. Did really well by accident yesterday at the airport -- picked up a meal deal with 1litre Brecon water and also picked up an Innocent super-smoothie as I had a coupon for it (via Daily Mail?). Till decided the Innocent was in the meal deal and the water wasn't so charged me for a meal deal and £1.25 for the water. Then used the 30p voucher from the Boots mag and the Innnocent voucher which took £2.35 off the total price. So got the meal deal and the water for just £2.39. Got another moc for a meal deal so gave it to someone else buying a meal deal.

Now going to read back and see what the choccie excitement is all about and if I can play from Italy!
