    :rotfl: very true. The weekends are worse, everyone picks their own speed and disregard any kind of safety.

    Ooooh oven timer!

    I know!:mad::mad: It still doesn't make it less annoying!:rotfl:

    I can't detect any 'rule' about the weekend - it seems to apply at all times of the week:(, and regardless of what time of week it is in my area. Note that I put the word "rule" in quotation marks - I don't expect there to be a rule or for people to comply with any. There is no rule to people's illogical behaviours. Just a turn of phrase and pointing out that I couldn't spot any such pattern as to time of the week, contrary to what you suggest.

    I find the weekends no better or worse - in fact, just as bad:rotfl:.

    Thanks, thanks all, and goodnight (yes, again:D:D:D)!:T:rotfl::wave:

    Expand on that please.

    Traffic signs only give guidance on the limit. The traffic regulation order sets the limit. (unless it's defined in statute like restricted roads)

    But that is just saying people got fines wrongly because the location of the camera was wrong, not the speed limit. If it was the traffic regulation order, how can they set up temp speed limits in road works so easily?

    Bad signage seems to be a good defence, so they must hold some importance.

    By that logic I have free pringles too. Mine is showing free carling which is useful.
