    Afternoon :)

    Happy birthday moomin :bdaycake:
On msm for Tosco it says "Valid until 15/12/2014" for the cheap Dove deodorants. To me until means including but people have said it ends later today  Have deals ended on a Monday before?

Think msm is already updated but not sure exactly when it will filter into APG - seems to have been pretty quick in the past.

Sanex Bath Repair 2 for £4 at S - not as profitable but good to add to a pizza shop?

    Good Afternoon all:)

I ve been hearing a lot about Amex lately and was wondering if anyone in the know could tell me about it please. They seem to have some good offers on. Is it a credit card ? Thank s:)

There are different types. There are credit cards, and also charge cards, which you have to pay off the full amount each month. My current one is a credit card, but I still pay it all off monthly, but do all my purchases on it to earn avios.

There are loads of good offers on there, lots of statement credits, although the current argos one is the most generous one in a while. A few months ago they did £10 credit when you spend £30 in WHS, I bought Starbucks giftcards for my daughter!

https://www.headforpoints.com is a really good website to use. It is aimed at travel promotions, but one of the tabs across the top is for credit card offers, and it rates all of them and tells you what you can "get" with them. Usually avios, but also free nights at a hotel. Not sure if it reviews the cashback ones, not looked in a while.

I tend to cycle through cards, I'll have them a few months, do the spend requirement, bank the avios, then move onto the next. Which reminds me, must look into cancelling my BA Amex, and taking out a Gold Rewards Amex.

There is often cashback on topcashback/quidco for taking them out as well.

    Thank you logie :)

I have only had one xmas meal and no drinks ;)

    Hope you are feeling better.

Am feeling rubbish still. Have phoned in sick for tonight :( Hate letting people down but have a fever now and achey all over. Certainly don't want to pass it on to any ladies or colleagues at work. Dsis is over as planned as I'd normally have a nap before a night shift. So I've been able to come to bed for a rest and she'll do the school run :A

Good afternoon all. I've sort of caught up now, although I've had to do a bit of skipping too. So pleased to hear that both rhosynbach and queenofcheap have good news and that tweets is now almost the size of a twig :D
Popped in a cheeky udi order to collect this evening as I had e vouchers about to go off, so fingers crossed. From other reports today it should be fine.
Lots of work and admin to catch up on, so will leave you all for now and pop back again later.

    Afternoon all
Feel sick. Got some scratches on the side of my car, also a slight dent, dont know how they got there. Went to local place to get an estimate and he reckons will cost £440. He also mentioned as its near christmas that they want £100 deposit before they do the job. Also, cant fit me in till next Monday. Have used this guy before and comes highly recommended. Just wondering, does this sound like average payment or do you think he has bumped up the price as its near christmas. Also wondering if its better to wait till January and then get some estimates.

Gotta tell OH yet. He will go :mad::mad:

Good morning everybody, Monday is here again I hope you are well and have a fabulous day.

    Happy shopping.

Don't forget it is the last day for the Sanex against T. Thanks you Rootednomad for all the work and informing us of the glitch.

If anyone doing a shop like me with the sanex looks like it's the last day today. Thanks for posting this as I wouldn't have known!
