If you decide to get the hand/foot impression tell them to do it when the kid is asleep as let me tell you from experience its a lot easier than when they are drunk:o with ds3 we had that light bulb moment:)

    I'll bet it is :rotfl:
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

£20ish is what I usually use evoucher wise, but we needed nappies so added some more

Someone had mentioned not being able to use two of the same denomination so I was testing that too.

You can use 2 x the same denomination.

All seems perfect now, thank you for that, hubby had not thought of turning off either, increasing frustration and what little patience I have just drained away and was ready to launch it across the room :o but now all is well :)

Those I Can't Believe It's Not Butters 500g vs T at 82p were very expensive! Now 1kg versions £1.50 vs £1.40 at T:T:T. Even if I would like A to be £2.75 rather than £1.50. £1.50 was, indeed, too high. I can see why Sains. want to set their prices by expensive Mr A!

    I shudder to think!!!

    But seriously......

Money is good but it would be nice to give them something tangible that they can look back on and say "auntie BareySugar got us that"

I would get them something that will stand the test of time

    First photoshoot?
Hand/foot impression? (you can buy DIY kits for a few pounds so you could give one of these as well as a gift card)

And as far as the gift card goes....I would get a mothercard/ELC/or similar giftcard rather than Asda. At least that way it will definitely get spent on the baby ;)

Jings, thanks for that. :j I guess i'm being too practical. :rotfl: I just don't want to buy something else to clutter up the house when they've got all the necessary stuff sorted. I've already knitted loads for the baby, and offered to babysit:T the photo shoot idea sounds great so I'll investigate that. Thanks.

Nope, I emailed them a month or 2 ago accusing them of running a rigged competition :D
They told me 'it's very hard to win' I think they forgot to add 'for someone as unlucky as you' because everyone else seems to have won even though they've bought a lot less than me :rotfl:

I had nearly given up hope too Dipdap but then I won a fiver.

My Tesco gift card eventually arrived yesterday and when I went to use it it had £10 on it!

Keep trying, as my Dad used to say "You never know your luck until the ball stops rolling!" :)
