Hi all,
Still no update on my wife's PCN.
They said on receipt of her appeal they will endeavour to responed as soon as possible but it may take up to 14 days. That was on the 12th December. Should we call them now and see what the hold up is?
Sorry for sounding impatient, just don't want them messing us about!
Thanks0 -
DO NOT CALL THEM! Never ever phone a PPC or one of their debt collectors. You'll get nowhere, and just end up feeling frustrated as they aggressively pursue you for your cash.0

If you want to contact someone, contact aos@britishparking.co.uk and complain they are breaching the code of conduct by not replying in 14 days.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0

So I should make my complaint direct to the email address you have given above stating the PCN ref of PE?
kind regards0 -
I emailed my complaint to British Parking... then.... I got home after work today to see that we received in the post that the wife's PCN had been cancelled!! Oops!
Oh well! ha ha.
So that's both PCN's cancelled now!
Thank you all so much for your help! x0 -
