I can't believe how much my debts have come down since I stopped it's even shocked me, it has been really hard at times and a battle between my stupid side of the brain and my sensible side, it's like a war that been taking place.

I have decided I am going to treat myself to a hot chocolate at uni and a huge cookie :p not at all MSE but sometimes rules are meant to be broken ;).

  • Yayy saw OH last night wasn't expecting to see him :j we had take away and lots of cuddles and had a chance to talk properly.

We made a pact last night today is going to be our last day of smoking I'm going to use my e-cig and he's going cold turkey, I did well on my e-cig last time and I got down to lowest nicotine level ready to quit then I started again due to the stress of my mum having cancer, uni and everything else that was going on. This time I will stick to it :o

  • Had a clear out of my living room draw (the junk draw) I found 5 bottles of e liquid I bought before going on holiday so I won't need e liquid for a while and they are all sweet flavours so hopefully that will curb me munching through sweets as well. I have my battery on charge and it's all ready to go in the morning.

I know for a fact I am going to be bad tempered for the first few days (DD has been warned) :rotfl: she's used to it as this is my fourth attempt but this time I am determined to stop. I'm starting on the highest nicotine level then I will drop it slowly over a few months so I don't get addicted to e cig instead. I have worked out I will save £1060 in a year even if I stay on the e liquid but that's not the plan.

That will be put towards my debts then towards a holiday once I am debt free.

  • I have downloaded fitnesspal onto my mobile and I have started using it to lose weight, the bi-polar medication has caused me to put a lot of weight on and I'm no longer at a healthy weight and I feel so tired all the time yesterday I had:

Breakfast porridge, fruit and a tablespoon of golden syrup
Lunch cheese on toast, banana and yoghurt
Dinner corned beef hash, and carrots

I actually ate 5 portions of fruit and veg for a change.

    Today:

Breakfast porridge, fruit and a tablespoon of golden syrup
Lunch Banana and an apple with yoghurt.
Dinner Roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, carrots and swede with gravy.

I am determined to lose the weight this time.

  • The e cig is working well I haven't been craving and it smells a lot nicer than cigarettes :)

I am sticking to the diet too and I am actually starting to feel hunger rather than just grazing all the time. I am trying to eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg.

  • Made jam and lemon curd tarts today with DD haven't made them for years, that's DD's treats cooked for the week (I just need to resist eating them) :D

My chq will be paid by Wednesday so I will see a huge change in the percentage paid off, it will finally be over the 40% mark which is the lowest I have ever been, I just can't wait until it's all gone and I can start with my saving plan for the deposit. :T

The diet has been going very well so far and I am really trying hard to stick to it (bit hard with the smell of jam tarts cooking) I might just have a banana to curb my sweet tooth. :p

I have been really trying to keep the house tidy - what is it with kids dropping things where they stand and leaving it :( it drives me mad she puts nothing away and I just seem to follow her around picking things up
