What was the response from Waitress when you questioned why the card has not arrived despite re-ordering twice?

You said in your first post that you give up with them, so do so. Shop elsewhere.

I have re-ordered it too after contacting them via e-mail.
I have used my temporary card for a coffee this morning by the way however assistance needed and a staff helped with it so may be that was the issue

Of course they have the correct address, I happen to know it very well. I have also spoken to them on the phone twice and they took it then also. they gave me a temporary number of my new card (which they are very very slowly making) so as I have it written down on my paper card I can use that for now. They haven't even responded to my email enquirery.

Is it me or does no one ever respond to your emails? This is the third thread this month you've had about people not responding to your emails. Have you checked your spam folder? It just seems weird you keep starting thread after thread about people not responding to your emails?
