I was told it was linked to many addresses and since I was only gave it to my colleague my manager and I were assuming she used it to her friends' transactions too in those 3 weeks she had it.

Where does it say the colleague then lent it to others?

Today 3:51 AMPopec5Gross misconduct hearing next week – I need urgent advice please
I am working in a store in the last 9 months. I was called in the office last Friday and was suspended on full pay while they investigate.
I was told there is a case against me which is a gross misconduct, because my loyalty card (discount card) was used by someone else than me.
I admitted on the spot that it is true, I am guilty, as I lent the card to one of my colleagues while I went on holiday to a different country.
I had no idea I was doing anything wrong, I read the rules when I received my card that only I (and a nominated user) can use it, but I didn't remember it, it didn't occurred to me that I do any wrong, when I gave the card to her, it was absolutely not on purpose against the company, but out of doing good to a colleague, who would receive her own card 2 weeks later.
Before I've got my card one of my colleagues used his for my transaction too, I was glad he helped.
And I've seen other colleagues doing it for each other too. I never thought more of it.
It is an honest mistake, I had no idea I did any wrong until I was faced with it and I did admit my mistake at once. *******
It seems she lent the card to others too, and even asked me to give her my card back again after my holiday when she had her own, as she said she was too lazy to register it. ************

My hearing will be sometimes next week.

Any thoughts and advice will be greatly appreciated.

OP didn't lend it out to others, the colleague he lent his card to lent it to others.
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

It looks like the OP has gone back into the first post and removed chunks of it!

I know now. It was not intentional, I just wanted to help her out, it didn't occur to me, I wasn't aware of that I am breaking the rules - I am the one in my work who actually follow the rules and be very upset that many of the morning shift colleagues don't with the blessing of the managers. I feel like a piece of ...., causing this much trouble for work and family. It is very hard to find a reason to live, especially at this time of the year.

Don't give up. Don't give up. Whatever happens, you will get through this. You made a mistake and you are learning from it.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

Be honest - anything less than that guarantees getting fired. You broke the rules.

If you are very very lucky they will recognise that you 'only' lent it to a colleague (who was technically entitled to a discount as well).

If you are any good at the actual job, then practice stating that clearly anc concisely in a few sentences that take less than a minute.

Thank you whitewing, but it is so hard to always get up. I have severe depression with suicidal thoughts, went through numerous therapies that didn't help. Had almost 2 years off because of work related stress/depression and wasn't healthy to come back when my benefits were cut. I tried my best at work and did well, but I am too honest and naive to some of my colleagues and to the bosses who look through me now and have enough of me complaining fairly about people don't follow the rules, and now it turns out I am not following them too. I am so ashamed of myself even though it was not done intentionally and gained nothing from it, just tried to help. I am afraid this will be a good excuse for them to get rid of me. And I can't blame them. A couple of weeks ago I tried to finish all, but stopped myself in time, but now again I feel everyone would be much happier if i will go and don't cause trouble anymore. It is hard to see any bright point in life. And this waiting doesn't help at all.

Thank you Armorica, I was good up until the bosses didn't start to hate me and part with the others. I was the employee of the year in October. I am not bragging, just the fact. But I think it will not help. I was honest when I was suspended on Friday, admitting at once my wrongdoing.
