    0800 0496496 is a freephone for their 0845 number.

    Please let us know it works, as thats off saynoto0870

    That number doesn't get you anywhere as they tell you to redial 0871. I looked on saynoto0870 site and took the geographical number 0159 (I think!) and phoned that instead of 0845 number. The reason being we are with Primus and calls are free - well included in our monthly payment.

    Told them I didn't want sim card, wanted to return, they tried to get me to keep, said I didn't want to so now have to send it back to:

    Online Returns
    xxxxxxxxxxxx (my reference returns code number)
    CPW Logistics Centre
    Bilston Road
    Wednesbury
    WS10 7JN

    They are going to credit my credit card - which I'll check later this evening to ensure it has gone through.

    HTH anyone else.
  • there are many things like this on quidco where they pay you and you don't need to buy anything/partwith cash, so it's an excellent way to get people who are not 'hardcore' started..good find

    daily clicks include;
    Kelkoo 10p 1 perday = 10p
    Shopping.com 10p x 3 pd = 30p
    High St Web 8p x2 pd = 8p
    carsource 4p x 1 pd = 4p
    ............................ = 52p (£2.60w)

    been doin the above for the past couple of days...

    Kelkoo and High St Web track almost instantly but CarSource and Shopping.com doesnt seem to be tracking.. any idea how long they usually take to track?

    carsource and shopping.com, never track for me.
  • If you have been charged £17.99 instead of £7.99 for the motorola phone, phone customer services on 0800 or 0871 number and complain. They have told me they will send me a cheque for £10 in 14-28 days and apologised for the overcharge.

    Obviously someone who runs their website is a bit of a muppet and didn't make it clear what the prices were (else they're a pile of crooks?).

    Good luck! Am off to pursue my quidco enquiry!!

    No idea what I've been charged, HSBC don't show for a few days normally. £60 is showing as pending, but I've only that £7.99 I'm waiting for :confused:

    A colleague of mine got a phone call today advising that the sim was not free but £10, she said she knew. They said they were calling to offer her another £10 free airtime for free, so £20 for £10!!

    I got a call from my cc company asking if I had made a transaction with carphone warehouse.

    Didnt get a call from mobile chooser, just an email cancelling my order!!!

    I've tried everything I can thing of to contact Quidco to resolve my missing payments problem - I've raised tickets, sent in business and press enquiries, even contacted the Guardian who recommened them and told the journalist they were not paying out. But still my payment (of well over £100) sits as "scheduled", they ignore all attempts at contacting them, and I suspect will eventually pocket the cash for themselves.

    Quidco are, I'm afraid, a complete shambles. There isn't even a physical address you can write to complain.

    I'm on the point of taking them to the small claims court. Does anyone at all have any way of contacting them? Do Quidco still read anything at MSE?
