Got the same phone call, it was a mistake, blah de blah.

What's more irritating is that my first credit card failed, I tried a second. Today I find both were blocked because the small identity check billing triggered an anti-fraud on both......

no i have not bought off them before, i have however had a look at there site through quidco but that shouldnt affect it. at first i didnt think my order was confirmed because i clicked on confirm and the next screen was a pop up and i have a blocker on so clicked allow pop ups and it refreshed the page and took me back to the home page. so i thought it hadnt gone through, but i have a conformation email, nope its still not in my quidco tut

I got my dad to use Quidco and chose his Landrover insurance through vancar etc etc and it has neither tracked nor validated.

He was very unsure about using the internet for insurance, let alone some mysterious site that would give him money and I haven't yet told him it hasn't worked. :-S

Did you cancel your order when they phoned you?
If you did then i think putting a ticket in wouldn't result in getting your money as you never completed on a purchase.

Mine get cancelled by them. I;m watching my statement though.

i did the mobile chooser and got a call this morning and cancelled my phone then i got a call from my card commpany saying carphone warehouse has took 1p out of my account and it triggered something so they put a block on my card temporaraly. would you think this would be mobilechooser? and is it safe to set my card up again any help appreciated very nervous just incase

i have tried mobilechooser helpdesk but i get nothing any ideas?
