I made a purchase from play.com but all the rest are from daily clicks, lovefilm rental and brochure requests.

When I click on the link for Kelkoo I get some website called Liketravelling. What's that all about? Its happened to me once before - is it a mistake? Is anyone else getting it?

Nope.

At the end of the day, if you (or me, or anyone) forgets to go through Quidco, that's tough.

I do it all the time too, though I'm getting better at remembering!

I got this too - it has happened a few times before. The site is part of Kelkoo and if you click on advanced search it will take you the usual screen. Unfortunately it does not track for me. When it happened before it was back to normal within a couple of days so I guess we just have to be patient. Why not use another cashback site instead - I have never known this happen on Topcashback.
