Signing in works, says no surveys, I've just emailed them to ask about it.

The card needs to be activated within 45 days to get the cashback. To activate it you need to phone customer services. You can still get away without putting any money on the card though and do not pay any extra fees other than the £5 card fee so you will still be in £5 profit. :cool:

Wonder if anyone can give me any advice. I made an order from Boots not Friday gone, but the one before. It hasn't tracked and when I tried to report it, it said I needed to leave it up to 2 weeks. Has anyone else had anything similar??
