And tried rerunning the same arguments, despite being warned not to. So I'm unsurprised by the response you've got so far.

    What warning? :P

All I see is a spirited debate between me and lovinituk.

As far as Woig, while he gave me a mere morsel of advice, he was mainly commited to trolling my initial post :P

I know that in OTHER situations things like jurisdiction of laws/councils , signage etc.. play a role. I was merely seeing if they were mitigating factors in this specific situation. There was no need for such snide putdowns and condescension from him.

Maybe all those "thanks" have gone to his head!

I often have to wait coming out of a side street because people have entered the box junction on the main road when their exit is not clear. Sometimes the lights go green and nobody gets out.

You are mistaken. I gave you advice as to the place to seek help.

However many of your initial comments, and subsequent ones are laughable.

I suspect TST was referring to your Pepipoo thread, not here. (I'm guessing, as I haven't gone looking for it, nor do I have any inclination to do so either).

Woah, where is all this discussion going, this is already post #36?! What on earth is so odd about a YBJ ticket that no-one has mentioned the PCN from a London Borough is quite possibly pants, as they often are, on fundamental stuff like the 28 day period?!

Happened last week as well, a poster was flamed about a minor YBJ encroachment:

...and then I hope they finally appealed, not paid, as I set out what was wrong with the PCN as far as I could see (and I do post on pepipoo too, as SchoolRunMum, so although a bit rusty on Council tickets in recent weeks I'm confident I have included a few bullets there that will hit home).

Post #30 on there - compare your PCN to those points, does it fail on anything like that one?

To be fair, the OP got more of a flaming for their know-it-all attitude rather than the alleged offence. Even I recommended he go to Pepipoo which he now has.

I only skim-read it but overhanging a YBJ for a few seconds isn't a crime and nor should it attract a PCN by stealth, in the post. Bet the PCN is non-compliant!

Looking at the post on Pepipoo, they actually have all 4 wheels completely in the box. Others over there have suggested viewing the video to see if they can get off for only being there for a few seconds.

OK but the OP hasn't shown the full PCN which doesn't help, so I have asked for it.
