Do go to Pepipoo, but don't bother with any of the points you raised. They won't get anywhere. You need to pursue it on technical and legal points, not opinions.0

I have thank you.
Wiog, get off your high horse.
I am a law abiding citizen, and and do strictly adhere to matters of criminal law, especially laws relating to crimes against person and property.
However, petty infringements which ultimately cause no harm to someone, I show no regard to, and when i get caught, i want to worm my way out of it.
No Harm, No foul. End of.0 -

Glad you like to think so0 -
Have you noticed when ever you apply for a job that requires vetting, they ask you about the criminal convictions, however it always says "Excluding motoring offences".
Clearly I am not the only one I think of them as petty infringements.
Some motoring offences can be serious, i.e. Speeding can have serious consequences, which is why I try to obey the speed limit at all times. Or perhaps a STOP sign etc..
but some are a just benign laws about crossing certain lines. If it was serious, the police wouldn't have delegated it to a civil penalty issued by the council.0 -

but for the most part its just a set of benign laws about crossing certain lines. If it was serious, the police wouldn't have delegated it to a civil penalty issued by the council.
Maybe but would you like to explain to all the motorists that where blocked from crossing the yellow box junction why they could not move?
You have laws and you have rules, most rules are in place to make things work. Imagine London traffic if it was a free for all!
You may not have caused a block but the rules stop at the line, if you are within the lines you broke the rules.
Regarding your post on Pepipoo you will need to post up both sides of the PCN and give a street view location, if you need help. Most YBJ's are won on technicalities.0 -
tbh, the yellow box in most instances is a bit of a free for all melee. I have been prevented from crossing it before by a fellow yellow box stopping rogue!
You just have to grin and bear it :P0 -

If you were not actually causing any obstruction then it may well have been unfair. Posting your pics will help.0 -

You have an interesting view of life.
Not one I share I am glad to say.0 -
As far as I know, when it comes to road signs, those outlined red are Mandatory (i.e. speed limit, stop sign)... those in black/other are merely advisory.
so that still makes me a law abiding citizen.
I am just a petty infringement touting bad a$s !!!!0 -

You should read the highway code which will help correct that particular view you have of yourself.0
