What's the Meerkat voucher? My son has never been to the cinema, we've done the theatre and a few concerts, so I think he'd behave himself if he was interested in the film.
    2018 totals:
    Savings £11,200
    Mortgage Overpayments £5,500

Buy an insurance product via comp@rethemarket and get a code once a week for a year for 2 for 1 at the cinema, cheapest ticket is the free one. :)

As I wasn't renewing insurance, used the MSE trick of buying the cheapest policy I could find (£2.09 for a UK travel insurance) to get the deal :D

  • Hi everyone :)

Was nearly a NSD today but had to buy a pint of milk.

I made another OP Today of just over £100 so I need to find another about £75 to hit my OP target. Nothing quite ready on tcb or quidco so no luck there.
  • ......told you I get distracted! Went off and made 4 x jars of jam from the foraged plums BF and miniOCC got today!

Anyhow, nothing coming from tcb or quidco yet, fit payment won't be this month either so I'm going to have to pay it from personal spends! Luckily they are low this month so should be fine and dandy! Mustn't forget the TT account too though, that should cover a tenner of it :)

In other news was on the freebies thread and got a tip for a Spiraliser for 5p. My dream has come true, I've wanted one for ages but couldn't justify the spend with my MSE head on. Anyhow I knocked up a quick blog post do my readers can get on it too. Brilliant spot by a MSE'r.

Looking forward to my end of month update this month, monthly target will be hit :)

In other news £1.50 added to holiday fund from jam sold :) cost account 50p max to make as fruit was foraged :)
