    They can, but you remain on this plan until they decide to change and give you a notice.

    Well I bit the bullet on Sunday and upgraded. My deal is 2Gb data unlimited call/texts on 4G for £18.50 plus a sony z3 compact for £50. I looked at sim only deals but over 24months I am about £200 better off.
