Hi jonesys, I was just wondering if you could give me the telephone number you contacted LLoyds on, because I am in exactly the same boat as you, but I had my claim stayed and requested it be listed and have now got a priliminary hearing date of the 28th of august. I have contacted SCAM and they are just not budging!!  Maybe if I rang the number you used I might get some response???0

Hi Martin, I have got a judgement against natwest bank and they are refusing to pay. I spoke to their legal department and they say that they are defendending against lots of these judgements by writing to the courts saying that the post has got lost somewhere in their system and thats why they didnt make it to court to defend!!!
I think this should be publicly highlighted as a gross mis-use of the legal system. (in my case they had 2mths to reply)0 -
Hi,
I have just paid to take my bank to court to reclaim bank charges via Money Claim online. I have then read your letter with regards the Banks having this test case, Would I be better waiting until this test case is complete or do I push on with the claim? I have until about 9am tomorrow to pull out of taking the bank to court thus, getting the fee back for the process.0 -

Push on with your claim else you will get hit with the Statute Of Limitations Act when the OFT case finally goes to court and the banks lose.Reclaims in progress:
Smile: Claimed £3124 Paid: £3124
First Direct: Claimed £8178 Paid: Court date 14th Aug
MBNA CC: Awaiting statements0 -
Hi all.
I was in Court on 17th July and have now received an order stating that my claim is stayed until the High Court hearing.
The order also states that either party is at liberty to apply on notice under CPR 23 to lift the stay.
I would like to lift the stay, quoting financial hardship - is anyone able to give me the required wording to fill out the Application Notice Form N244?
Thanksw0 -

hI Maz3374Thanks for your reply. I'm now happy to go ahead and accept what they've offered knowing I can claim for the latest clump. Once I get this payment through I'll be stable again. What a relief! Thanks again0
