Penalty charge in macdonald Southall

I am new here if anyone help me. I got penalty charge £50 left on my car screen while I was inside in macdonald Southall & it say on the time of survey driver was not on site but I have bank statement proof as I did buy food using bank debit card. Hope someone will give me advice. Thanks

I am appealing this PCN because:

1. Your charge is not based upon a genuine pre-estimate of loss.

2. Signage - there are no clear signs, they are unlit and it was dark.

3. You do not own the land and have no authority to form contracts.

4. There is no evidence that any persons in the vehicle left the site.

5. We have a bank statement to prove we were patrons and bought food.
