    Thanks ladies.
I think I did so well because I've plenty of time on my hands, which is an advantage.Have time to sort/list in the daytime when others are at work or looking after families.
Not sure how people could sell on line for a living though.

Another £19 for me. I know I'll not get near to the £1000 mark, but it has been good to keep a running total.

greent - I started this off as a personal challenge, and samiszel offered to track the total for everyone - when I started it , I'd just thought that each individual would keep score themselves. Sorunning it isn't onerous!

Thanks apple! :D I don't mind starting the thread - and maybe even allocating numbers for people (like on MFW challenges maybe) - if someone else wanted to track totals :)

ETA: added Ziffit to my total now - but have bids on a couple of small ebay items ending tomorrow, so will have a few more £ to add on when (if) they all pay :)

Another £5 in the bag. My sister has sold some things for me but I don't have the money yet...maybe put that towards next year's target???

    Home Insurance Hacker!
I haven't quite done it. I suppose I started late and haven't been well since getting a virus in November that I am struggling to shake off. I am happy with the total as I did get close, £956. Will do better next year.

Ive ended at about £800 which im happy with as my house has less clutter and i had a few more £ in the bank. Well done OP for starting the thread, i did this challenge alongside kondo'ing to get a clutter free happy existence! Thanks to everyone motivating each other i did better than i would have going solo.

    Yes please :)

I need to do a final count-up for 2015, but I know I didn't come anywhere near the £1k. It's still much better than the last few years (when I promised myself I'd list items but did nothing at all!), but hopefully I can do much better in 2016 as my son is due to move out mid-January - and that means I have a room to use for sorting boxes from cluttered areas, which should mean I find a lot more for listing. I just need to be sure to make time to create the listings as I go, rather then ending up in a mad panic in the last few hours of a free insertions offer (which happened too often in 2015 and meant I didn't use a lot of them :o ).
