Another £80 for me. I sold a washing machine for my mum and she let me keep all the proceeds which was lovely of her.

I have lost all my get up and go, it got up and went and I just can't motivate myself to list anything. I was so pleased with the declutter, even more than the money but I just can't get myself going. Please can someone give me a kick, inspire me, guilt
    trip me or something.

  • Sorry to hear you've temporarily lost your mojo, mumps but I'm certainly not about to guilt-trip you. Lost my own mojo too many times to remember, it's just something that happens after a long, long slog throughout the year.

Don't beat yourself up about it, you've done so well:beer:. You're not far short of your target and from experience people buy all sorts of stuff as Christmas approaches so you might get more sold yet.

I hate listing on eBay myself, I could have done better this year if I'd bitten the bullet and listed more:o

We're all willing you on,mumps :T. Even if you don't make your target you've still done brilliantly well and I know exactly how good it feels having had a successful declutter over the months:j

Go girl! (I assume you're female, I meet so many people around the various boards I sometimes forget important things like that:o. Sorry)

Thank you both, I have spent most of the morning doing self assessment tax returns for me and DH. I hate doing them and dread them for months and yet now it is done. I must get the next lot done in April instead of letting it hang over me. I have also done some booking for a holiday we are taking next week. Busy with grandchildren this afternoon but I am going to try really hard to do some listing tomorrow. Watch this space.

well done to anyone still selling.

I think lots of targets have been reached and people may have stopped posting after reaching them. The thread is very quiet these days. I did that after getting to about £1519/£1500. I keep popping in to cheer on people still soldiering on though. I'm still selling but haven't added to my total for a couple of months once my target was passed:o. If I get a bit of spare time (I live in a dream world where fitting everything in to each day goes:rotfl:) I'll update my sig.

Keep going! People tend to lose all sense of reason and buy the most unlikely stuff round Christmas. You may have things you thought you'd never manage to sell but you never know;)
