Pleased to say that i have sold a few more bits for £22.59 bringing my total to
#26 £173.94
Going to list a few more things tonight, i'm amazed at some of the stuff i've found in my house to sell, mostly the childrens clothes and shoes from when i've bought something for them to wear for a special occasion and thought i would keep it for best, only for them to grow out of it .Emergency Fund £0/£500

Sorry I haven't been reporting very often:o but I try to catch a quick read of other posts every day. I'm very impressed by everyone's successes. Well done:T
In the 10 days since my last update:
- £15.35 book sales
- £42 from a couple of items sold at a clothing consignment shop. Might have made marginally more on eBay but they were very bulky items and would have been difficult/expensive to post so all in all I'm happy.
- £38.40 (after costs) from an indoor table-top sale. Lots of cheap/small items went (including a lot of paperback books that I'm glad to see the back of and that people are selling for 1p on Amazon. They were going like hot cakes at 40p each/3 for £1)
If my maths is correct that makes £254.87/£1500 since January Ist. I'm aiming for £1500 this year which averages out at £125 a month. I might not manage much more this month:( so I'm chuffed that I've slightly passed my target for Jan and Feb combined. Will keep on trying, though, but real life is threatening to take over between now and the end of the month:eek:
Keep at it, everyone:beer:0 -
There is lots of people around here doing so well!!
I made only my second and third sales for the year today.Really must try harder.
I am having an absolutely huuuuuge declutter of the kids' bedrooms, and have only just taught myself how to upload photos onto fb selling sites (or indeed, any site).
Anyway,today sold two children's storage benches,which adds £14 to my total,bringing it to £51 for the year :T.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Have been ebaying lots these past few weeks (although not all the money has come to me - the children have had lots from the sale of their toys) but good progress on ££ has been made - and lots of 'stuff' has gone to new homes!
Couple of items sold via facebook too. And have a nearly new sale later this month, which should hopefully raise more ££ for both myself and the children
Signature updated accordingly

Sold DD's old bed on FB today so I've made another £25!
Feeling happy about that. Her replacement bed cost £20 so it's pretty much in one account and out another but it's still better than a slap in the chops!

DD has been having a big clear out of her room and I have lots of stuff to sell. But not sure it's all suitable on FB and certainly not profitable on eBay. I was thinking about boxing it all up and finding a table top sale.....hmm. Don't really want to do a car boot as most are on Sundays when we are at Church. Will have to keep my eyes peeled!Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!:starmod: Emergency Fund Savings - #148 - £10/£1000 1% :starmod::xmastree:#083 SPC6 £63 - SPC7 £90 - SPC8 £63 - SPC9 £54 - SPC10 £26 - SPC12 £70 :xmastree:0 -
