Hiya Panda
Glad you got back home safe and well, it was lovely to meet you all, and thanks for the compliment about my well behaved boys, I can re-assure you that they're not always like that!:rotfl:
Can't wait to see your updated sig - Our debt has been going the wrong way for the past couple of months but hopefully we've got a handle on it and can start to move in the right direction again soon.
Natlou x
P.S - Would love to know more about the playboy casino offer, I've looked on their homepage, but can't see anything about any incentives0 -
Hey Panda! You started writing in your diary again just as I went home - glad to see all is well, you managed a holiday, *and* we get to see your little boys - they're lovely. Keep on posting!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Grrr. Lost a big post there. Eyes closing, so I'm going to give up and go to bed. Thanks everyone for posting, I did reply to you all there individually until the PC decided it wasn't to be! All's well here, just the usual mild chaos and time starvation!
Here's a quick summary of what I was saying before I got deleted:
Congrats Lunar on the boy news! Will PM you soon - about to start Freecycing loads of gorgeous baby stuff, so you're welcome to anything you want if it saves a few pennies.
Natlou - hi! You? Overspending? Surely not?!!! See this post: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=11346277&postcount=310 and ring me if you have any problems with it.
Hypno, how mortifying when Payday loans rang me at work today to ask if I had a 'requirement' again next month! Hope work's going ok and all's well in Hypnoworld.
Pinkydinkydo, hang in there with the house sale - loads round here seem to suddenly have shifted, albeit at lower prices. And yes, our house is still a tip!
KC and MM we'll catch up eventually!
Just realised it's now July and I haven't even signed off my June £10 a day yet. It'll have to wait - I'm about to pass out! Night all!0 -
hugs to the Panda and panda family:D
You are doing great - keep the goooooooooooooooood work up.£2 savers club 2025 #40 -
Hi PP, hope all is well with you.
Things are ok with us.....OH needs to get a job.....the house is a mess......I have a squillion and one things to do and not enough hours in the day to do them.....you know the score :rotfl: But we are in good health, and the debt is not increasing, so all in all we have to be happy with that!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I'm like a broken record, I know ("mummy, what's a record?"), but I've just had so little spare time recently, and I can't believe it's been a month since I posted here. Actually, I can believe it, but it's not good! Must make more effort.
We're in financial turmoil, there's money everywhere as we're having a bit of a shift around with a few 0%'s coming to an end, so I don't really know where we are but things are ok. Not brilliant, but ok, which is good enough for me at the moment. I just need to get a spare couple of hours with DH and no kids so we can sort it all out, I hate feeling as though I'm not in control. I haven't updated my spreadsheet since June, goodness knows what my debt total is at the moment.
The house is coming along swimmingly though (the positive side of the spending). We're in the middle of doing the main bathroom at the moment as it was leaking through the ceiling below and needed ripping out anyway. I've been doing some fantastic bargain hunting for my fixtures - I love the 'Best Offer' button! The whole house is still a tip, but a slightly more tasteful tip than it was when we moved in. The orange walls and plastic chandeliers are safely gone, never ever to return.
Greggy (as he irritatingly seems to be getting called, by me as much as anyone else) is 5 months old now and has a lovely personality. Unfortunately he hides it a lot of the time and prefers to scream/whinge. Adam loves his little brother, I think because the baby is becoming a little more interactive Adam is a little more interested in him now. Got some photos on the computer at home but Greg doesn't like MSE or anything else that prevents me from walking round continuously with him on my hip!
I'm really enjoying doing these 2 nightshifts simply because it has given me time to catch up on here and with all my emails. I've only got 2 though because someone else has gone sick, I'll be back on days next week and back to the 'never got a spare minute to do anything' that I'm so used to. I've been doing not too badly at making free money over the past few weeks, I just need to concentrate on not spending, so I need to get back on here every day for the motivation.
Great to see that everyone else is good from the diaries that I've caught up with so far. Think I might grab a few hours kip (and paid to do it, in true MSE style!) as the downside of nights is that I'm bloody knackered!0 -
Panda, I'm glad you had even these shifts to let us know you're okay and still active in dfw-land. Hope you're kipping right now - I think I may need another cup of tea before I head off, bad, I know, but there yougo. Sleep well.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

So much for kip - I just found the 'a payment a day...' challenge so been off to pay £5.24 towards OHs credit card! I've been looking out for your diary KC but not found it yet, will go and search properly now!0

Just off to update my grocery challenge a la redsquirrel....2023: the year I get to buy a car0
