You don't need testdisk at the moment, we presumably wish to find the files and photos ?
run qphotorec_win.exe. Near the top select the physical disk that is your sd card (from the drop down)
then near the bottom select Browse to select where you wish to recover them i suggest a new folder on your C: drive.
Then the search button will go "active" then press it and wait and wait, when complete quit and go to windows explorer and look in the new folder.
