My Coupons New from Sainsburys????

UPDATE on points collecting. I've found that 90% of things do track with just a couple things that I definitely bought not crediting the bonus points. For about 2 months, the offers on items I got were pretty good, with an extra 800 bonus points coupon on every shop, every week, so the points really racked up. But now the extra point on the shop have gone, and the bonus points on individual items seem to be lower. Have gone from collecting 1000+ every week to just 2-300. I assume that Nectar have decided that I am hooked and don't need to tempt me further! This is game theory in shopping, making day to tasks like a game with rewards and so on to keep us playing. The savvy thing to do is jump supermarket to take up the extra offers there, and then when you haven't been to Sainsburys for a while, out will roll the money off coupons and mega bonus points.
I've been using this for about two months (and the same as you racked up £50 in points). I too was wondering when the good times will end.
What has your basket coupon turned into if it is no longer 800 bonus points?0 -
What contact details are people using to contact them about My Coupons? I've 190 points that haven't tracked this time so want to chase them up if possible.0

I just send them to customer.service@sainsburys.co.uk
then i put my coupons in caps in the Subject part and they always seem to get to the right people.
dont forget to put in your My coupons email address that your account is link too and also the details of item and points missing and the date as if you dont they will just email you again asking for all these details.
when i did it a couple of weeks ago it took them about 4 days to sort it all out so not too long.

Do you put in a photograph of the receipt/screenshot from MyCoupons or do they have access to offer/purchase information already, or just take your word for it?0 -

I have a My Coupons coupon for 1200 nectar points when you spend £60, I also have a Sainsburys e-coupon for £10 off when you spend £60, does anyone know if the My Coupon is used on the balance before or after the £10 has been taken off, ie do I have to spend £60 or £70 to use both?0

I just joined after seeing some tempting coupons. However, now when I am logged in I don't see any coupons available! If I log out, I see the coupons again.... something fishy going on here!0

The page you are shown at first is a generic front page. Once you sign in they give a list specific to you.
Perhaps they have not reviewed your shopping habits yet.
Give it a couple of days to renew. If it does still not show you a dedicated list, email them.The more I live, the more I learn.
