    It does say that Sainsburys Convenience stores are excluded.

    No, I've used it successfully, in-store. They email you (several days later) to confirm that the points have been awarded.

    This has been one of he main issue with it is that not many at customer services know anything about it.


    I had a issue a few weeks ago and still to this day the issue has not been sorted.


    It is true that it is nothing to do with nectar as its Saisnburys that runs it but as I say it's not been passed onto staff yet for some reason.


    Hope you get it sorted and let us know how you get on as it is a good idea by Sainsburys but in my view not very well run.

    I have emailed Sainsburys about a few issues in the past- good luck with the wait- they're worse at getting back to you than survey sites and in my experience get back to you to ask you what the problem was with requests for details that you can no longer remember (if indeed you even recall what the problem was!) only to pass you through to someone else...just a bit of a joke! Sainsburys really need to sort their reward system out because a non working or faulty reward system is actually worse than not offering anything at all.

    Have just e-mailed Sainsbury's Tech Support and asked that this problem be sorted promptly. Not sure how much good it will do but I shall keep on until they take some action.

    Had an e-mail from sainsbury this morning, saying they were working hard to fix the problem!!! and the usual flowery stuff. Within minutes of receiving the e-mail the problem had been fixed and I can now log in
    Surprising how quick they fixed the problem!!!

    I recently joined this mycoupons thing and only 4 of my 5 item's points were added. Do they usually get added at different times or should all things added and bought on the same receipt get added at the same time?

    Yes, if they were part of the same shop, they should be in the same email.

    Reduced items seem to not work (I had a mycoupon for 40 bonus points on a 2 pint bottle of milk, and an in-store coupon for 20p off the milk. Didn't get the 40 points.

    The odd one hasn't worked for some reason either (multipack of beans the other week.)

    Ah, guess I'll have to follow up on it then as it was for 140 points. I did contact them explaining that the other points form the same shop had already been added but I got a reply saying to wait 10 days before contacting them about it.

    I had one today for 800 bonus points for a GBP50 shop so I hope that one works!!
