This is a international corporation with 20 offices in the UK.
I am not sure if I should contact them by their "contact us" form on their website?0 -
Hi All,
I put a request up in this thread asking advice on what I should do following a response from parking eye and someone suggested I appeal going through POPLA. On checking the letter from parking eye there was no advice on the appeal procedure and no POPLA code. I wrote to parking eye pointing out their failings in not advising me and asking for my code.
I have received a reply and have been advised that the charge has been cancelled and that there is no outstanding payment due on this account.
Thanks to all on this site who have given good advice and its helped me to beat this company who seem to think they can do whatever they want.0 -
