My mum has just won a claim and is waiting for the payout, does this now mean she won't get the money or does it apply only to ongoing cases? As of today the payment should be in within the next 4 days.

Just saw Martin on C4. He looked extremely frustrated, and quite rightly so. That woman was annoying, why can't these people give a straight answer to a straight question!!

martin said the OFT will win.. and that banks should pay out automatically without having to claim.. he was angry as it was all a surprise out of the blue and these websites aren't involved. he sounded very confident

Please note, for anyone who didn't catch Martin on Ch4, he only heard about this 1/2 hour before going on air and I've no doubt he will post something once he knows what is happening.
