I've just transferred all my funds out of the HSBC.

It would just be awful to think that any of my funds could be
utilised by these establishments to fund their case.

This is the best way I can think of to support family members waiting
to have charges refunded from these establishments.
  • That is not what I have heard and I am sure Martin Lewis will make a statement available as all other charging sites will be doing once they have analysed all the issues. My understanding as it stands NOW is that it continues on BUT that could change.

Nationwide is ok, although took a couple of attempts!
  • The response that I am aware of is that claims continue on, should people have gone as far as court, it is for the judge to decide whether he wants to wait for the outcome of a test case.

What a load of cow dung.

Hopefully some consumers will join the case as interested parties. It seems unfair to allow just the &%*()£&)% at the OFT and the banks a stab at this.
  • I am soooooooo angry and gutted right now.   Got several ongoing cases amounting to over £3000, we had plans for that much needed money, inc a holiday for the kids icon8.gif

I have a feeling it WILL go our way, but we probably won't get the cash until around january / february next year................

Go get em Martin:money: :money: :money: :money:
