We empty our pots and declare our savings in November, please make a note of this year's date: 5th Nov.

Please also subscribe to the thread by clicking on "Thread Tools" (lower green bar) and clicking "Subscribe to this thread"...or you may lose us! To put your SPC No on, go to "Quick Links" (right side of top green bar), click and then click on "Edit Signature" and you're away.

chickadee - please note that instead of giving you the following No on the list I've given you No 36! I'm sure that member would have returned by now, and if she does, I'll give her a new one. Bit late with my total but there was £750 in my sealed pot! Just enough to get my dream fridge freezer (on sale of course!) Already started my pot for next year!

That's good news Helen. If the hospital thought that you had anything to worry about, they would be worrying too . That makes sense to me lol.

I have now finished work for christmas. Not back until next Monday. Hoorah it all I can say about that!!

Seasons Greetings, One and All!! Apologies for my disappearance from SPC7 twas due to technical problems...RIP old lappy. Sooo the majority of my savings from SPC 7 has gone towards the purchase of a new lappy which is smaller/sleeker and much more reliable.


I would very much like to take part in SPC 8...am I right in thinking that we need a new number for SPC 8???

Potted a £2 coin and 2 x £1 coins.
A small shop (very small shop) tomorrow morning and that's it. Start preparing tomorrow night for hopefully a [STRIKE]fairly[/STRIKE] stress-free day on Thursday (fingers crossed).

Hi everyone!

Sorry not been around for a few days. Been a tad busy. Finished work til 5th January now though!!

Finished at 6pm tonight. The last day was brilliant. We had the works Christmas meal from 2 til 4.

Then I popped back to work to finish some stuff off, and then finished work at 6 and went to the shops til 8.

And now I'm done for Christmas til 5th Jan.

Today I potted eleven pounds, after deciding to come home for a coffee instead of having it out and I saved another tenner on several things I got in sales.

Dreamer Helen - I also agree that if the hospital was worried they would have had you in by now. Glad the nurse was able to explain things to you and put your mind at rest. I'm sure you'll let us know how things go and try not to worry
