65p potted today....change from bus fare home from work. I didn't break the £5 in my purse today as I didn't need to buy anything so that's a bonus in itself but will be doing tomorrow so hopefully if I'm a savvy spender Bertie the coinpot shall be topped up once again

Friday purse gold coin collection - potting £6.50 and £5 of that is in gold . It's the most I've potted on Friday for a long time.

Had a one of those really lovely Days....where everything just seems to go right....where people are just lovely....where everything works out....So I'm a content bunny at the moment


I am also Potting £4.95 tonight (when I can be bothered to get up off my backside and go and Pot it )....So I'm really pleased with that....I only ever keep a track of any Notes that I have and any that I Bank....All the Coins that are in my Pot I have no idea about....well unless I went back over this Thread and added everything up that I've Posted about...But that would be a bit silly

Sue...Hope your OH is feeling a LOT better now...and that you have a wonderful Holiday....You definitely deserve it after everything you've been through this Year....take it easy and relax...

2 x £2 coins, 1 x £1 coin and 3 x 20p in the pot, got paid my quidco money (£70.50 ) but only had that in my purse so will try and get the rest out the bank tomorrow if I can get my backside down there in time!

missjec - maybe with a sealed pot way of saving you'll be able to change your ways and move ahead and get to fulfil your dreams in life. Next time you get tempted try asking yourself "do I really need this?!" If the answer is "..but I want it" then leave whatever it is on the shelf and leave it for a few days. With luck the temptation will gradually go and you can hang on to your cash and save! I wish you well..we all do!
