Meanwhile, please read the First Post as it's full of important info, get or make yourself a sealed pot and get potting !!
Don't forget to make a note of the Grand Opening Date and please pop back often and let us know how you are getting on.

Morning all and to a decent day here. Still a little breezy and cloudy, but warm.
missjec - welcome to both MSE and this thread - good luck with your savings. Hopefully this thread will help with your "erratic" spendings. Christmas does tend to creep up and perhaps next year you'll get that for "free".
Sue - it wasn't as windy up here as in other parts, so did get a bit of gardening / tidying up done. Enjoy your holiday.
Potted 3 x £1 coins = £3.
Off for a cheap carvery lunch this afternoon - Crown Carveries. Not the best, but we both received a £3 voucher to "tempt us back". So, only £1.29 for the carvery. Plenty of other Mitchells & Butlers vouchers received (Toby etc), so cheap eats over the next week. Worth signing up to.

Went to a BBQ last night. I won £10 in £1 coins on a raffle (it was like it was meant to be, the rest of the prizes were in note form) and found £6.94 change at the bottom of my bag! Also added £2.32 in change. I'm on a roll lol.Off for a cheap carvery lunch this afternoon - Crown Carveries. Not the best, but we both received a £3 voucher to "tempt us back". Sign up to all Mitchells & Butlers outlets in your area and you will be rewarded eventually. Sometimes for doing little surveys etc.
Brands include Toby, Ember Inns, Pitcher & Piano (good one and a free drink each month), Harvester, Sizzling Pubs, John Barras etc. Sign up to them all.

Quite a few in the Crown Carvery today with vouchers. I had the carvery, hubby the half chicken.
Toby next I think (half-price food there for up to 6 guests) or John Barras (£10 off a £20 food spend).
£2 x £2 coins potted today = £4 - that's 4 x £2 coins this week after a bit of a lull.
