Another £2.50 potted today. I noticed that the 50p was a special Victoria Cross coin - not seen one of those before. Anyone else notice whether they have any 'special' or 'rare' coins? Still went into the pot though - special or not:rotfl::staradmin Star from Sue-UU

Thanks Again Lynsey and Scotmum....You Guys are awesome xXx
I'm struggling a bit tonight to keep my metaphorical Box together and contained....but I think I'm going to go to sleep now with the Goal of waking up having everything back in the Box and the lid firmly shut!!
I guess these things are sent to try us....and I hope I will be a better person for it....
Anyway....managed to Pot just over £1 this Afternoon....can't remember exactly how much it was though...LoL....but at least it was SOMEthing!!
Hope you are ALL well tonight....and that you didn't get caught up in the Rain like I did!! LoL....
I may have a little to Pot tomorrow when I get home....xXx0 -
Evening all
Well nothing potted in what feels like ages, so I stuck £10 in yesterday. Last of the money before payday.
I know I said the last time I popped by that I would stay in touch more regularly but again real life has got in the way. I will def make a concerted effort to read back over the last however many pages as soon as I can.
Hope everyone's well.SPC 14 Target £200 /

7.42 potted today, purse was feeling a little heavy from all the shrapnel. no pound coins or 50ps, it was all 20p or less went in.
is any one else being driven crazy by the urge to count their pots? Mine is sitting beside my TV stand in the living room so I remember it is there and to pop my change in every so often, but it makes me want to crack it open to see how well I have done so far. I haven't been keeping track of how much I pot, and don't always remember to post on here when I do pot, so I have no idea where I am in relation to my £250 target, and it is going to kill me knowing that the grand opening isn't until NovemberMortgage = [STRIKE]£113,495 (May 2009)[/STRIKE] £67462.74 Jun 20190 -
A spare 50p coin potted.
Going to see my DGS playing drums with his band tomorrow night at the 02 Academy in Birmingham. I missed his last concert. Might have more change to pot when I get home.
Sue, I hope your DD's app. went ok. (((Hugs))) to you and yours.
Helen, hope you're feeling better now. ((Hugs))

£2.28 potted today.
Helen, lock the box and kick it into the Thames x
Engineer amy, don't open the pot. Imagine how please you will be when you have much more than you expect in Novemberit's really hard to not know, but much better when you get the surprise at the end of the challenge. I can't open mine because I can't lift it up. I will need to push it over and roll it along again when the time comes lol
I hope your daughter's appointment went well Sue.
