Did you do anything to your ankle, Lynne, or d'you think it's simply a case of a very bad twist, bruising or whatever? Take care and look after those flowers; ooooh gorgeous, I can smell them from here. :D
Nasty soft tissue damage to the top and side of my foot as fell down step with it kind of twisted under me. Swelled like a balloon and lovely colours but leg now swollen up as well so really uncomfortable dull ache. Never mind - could be worse. Flowers blooming marvellous :)

DH gave me some change from his pocket as trousers going into wash - it was about £1.40 so put straight into my pot

Hope you all having a great week

    Afternoon Everyone.... :)

Another poorly one here I'm afraid....I don't know what on earth I have done but I have somehow pulled my back....I was doing some very gentle cleaning but somehow it got pulled...and it is absolute AGONY!! :(

BUT I am staying positive....I know it will get better....it just might be rough for a week or two....

I am a little worried about going out this Afternoon....but I have Therapy, something I need due to my Training and good Practice of being a Psychotherapist, and if I don't go and cancel at short notice then I have to pay the £50 anyway....and I'll be damned if I'm paying £50 for nothing....so I'm going to get there by hook or by crook....even if I have to crawl every damn step...LoL.... :D

But today and tomorrow are light days so it should be a bit easier for me....tomorrow is particularly light - Just seeing a Client 20 minutes away from home tomorrow and then Work from home for the rest of the day...I can manage that :)

    Anyway....enough of my waffling...LoL :D

I managed to Pot £3.75 yesterday which I was pleased about....It feels like the Potting is getting better each Week, which it needs to do....so I'm happy....

Today I have a fiver in my Wallet and I might well Pot that when I get home if I haven't spent any of it while I'm out...especially as my Client will pay me tomorrow so I'll have that to use for Food Shopping.

*Hugs* to anyone that needs them....Well Done Crimson for getting all that change to Pot ;) And *Special Hugs* to Lynne, hope you feel better soon...xXx

See you all later on xXx :)

    £5 potted for me today

I went into my local Boots today and they were selling off Ted Baker smellies for about 70% off, due to them changing the packaging, so stocked up on some body wash and lotions, 5 x 200ml bottles for £10 :)

Money has been tight so I have been setting aside every penny in case I needed it, well payday is Monday and I don't need anything so I decided I would count it up and add it to the total now (keeping it separate until Monday just to be safe) and really shocked myself with how much is there. £30.66!!!!
No more making the same mistakes!

Thanks Lynsey....I agree, no more cleaning!! :D LoL...I wish!! :D

Well, just wanted to let you all know that I DID make it to Therapy...which was well worth it....and it even helped my back a little to walk, helped it be less stiff...so all in all that's a good thing...

Had to buy some Milk and a couple of bits on the way home though so no fiver to Pot...Just £1.10....but I can live with that...and will Pot it when it's not too painful to go and put it in the Pot...maybe when I get ready for bed :)

So all in all, although I'm still in pain it IS getting better and I AM staying positive....xXx :)
