Afternoon all, hope all are well or at least better.
A little cooler (and windier) here at the minute, but no real complaints as the weather has been pretty good.
Not much spending here to be honest, so not much to pot.
1 x £2 coin and 3 x £1 coins potted. I'll still pot £10+ for the week in total and hope to average that every week. Not yet half-way, so hopefully I'll get to somewhere around the £800 mark for the year. I don't think I've weighed my pot this time yet.....................maybe this weekend. It is getting heavy though!! lol
Some excellent steady potting going on - keep it up.

Potted £3 today. My funny lovely husband had managed to slip a 50p inside a letter I received today from the bank. I was gob smacked when I open it and the 50p fell out!:rotfl: I really believed that someone had put it in there by mistake at the bank. I quickly discovered by his smirking grin that it was a joke.
I always fall for his jokes.
Hope everyone had a good day.:staradmin Star from Sue-UU

Did some swopping of £1 coins today from my shrapnel jar, so another £2 to add to my total...
today has been a funny one, my body always knows when the weather is due to change be that a storm or change of atmospheric pressures, My bones are aching lots today, a cold has materialised over the working day, think its the curse of going back to work after the easter break....I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards. Well done on the refund - I am still trying to get mine back they have refunded me three times since I joined in January last year, and the last refund I asked for last week was for over £180, I got £85!!! so they are still sitting on over £100, I have given myself a task of ringing again, and i pity the poor person who gets my call, I called three times before my holiday and got cut off twice, and when I got through they applogised and instructed the refund.... if their systems took the right DD I wouldn't be in credit, its flucuated from £100 - £17 a month, and I don't know what amount to budget very annoying.... I will win....I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. [Quote=ClaireS9]I tried a couple of years back and completely failed when I needed to empty the pot to pay my rent

*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.
ClaireS93 - please note that instead of giving you the following No on the list I've given you No 124 that member would have returned by now so you can have it. Rather than be tempted at all this time, see my 1st post on page 1 about how to you use "holding pots" and keep a certain amount in it. You'll see what I mean. Best wishes for this year!
A gold star for you, Westie, for a lovely welcome, but please could you remind any new members that ** "while waiting for Sue to give you a No, please read through the 1st post on page 1 to let you know what its all about." ** Thanks a lot and here's your star. :staradmin
Hello again, Potters! I hope you all had a lovely weekend (yesterday too) and will have a good week. Here are {{{hugs}}} to all those unwell or down, be patient and kind to yourself, hopefully things will sort themselves out soon.
Thanks a lot, mcjordi, no doubt we'll all be keeping a look out.
That's a lovely little sum saved, 32b3!
Many thanks for the wishes, Modesty, its still on-going and we're playing the waiting game. Great news on your £10 voucher win!
I'm so pleased your lad is home with you for a while again, scotmumof3, especially lovely for your DH to spend time with him. :j How long will he need therapy for...if you don't mind me asking?
Very well done with your savings and banking so far, benten, and thanks for popping it on your siggy for me.
Thanks so much for your lovely words, dreamingofmoney, much appreciated.
Oh dear, Saver-upper, it does sound a bit of a mess to live in. If it's any help, our lass and her DH only have 3 bedrooms and have 5 kiddies: 1 room for themselves, 1 for the 2 girls and 1 for the 3 boys. Not ideal for the boys at all, but it does free up the whole of downstairs and give them their own bedroom.
Did you do anything to your ankle, Lynne, or d'you think it's simply a case of a very bad twist, bruising or whatever? Take care and look after those flowers; ooooh gorgeous, I can smell them from here.
Great saving, Helen, and pleased you had such a good time out with your Mum.
The weather should soon be a bit better for you, Lynsey, though I can't say that about your saving as that's going wonderfully!
Wonderful news about your refund, Meowhouse...a fantastic amount!!! :j
£10 allotted for the pot after saving and 1p roadkill for me.Have a super Tuesday, Potters, and keep right on saving!

I went to see my parents on Sunday to pick up my new purse that had been delivered to their house. I got to talking with my mummy and found out that she was no longer using hers (we have the same purse just different patterns) because it had too much change in it and was getting too heavy to carry!!! Well, being the loving, caring daughter i am i soon counted up the £25 in change that she had in her purse and swapped it for notes. She even gave me the 12p leftover as a tip!! Along with some other change i had that's about £30 into my pot!!Sealed Pot Challenge member #071 VSP #4
