Nearly the end of the month so need to use up my free listings - 11 to go. Managed to sell another 5 items so a further £40ish towards my hols
Will probably end up just relisting things that don't sell as it's half term so looking after grandchildren and ebay and kids don't mix.
I need some motivation as it's starting to wane again - doesn't seem to take much these days!!
Hope everyone else is still listing and selling. Keep going girls:)

    Hi esbm
If you go on your activity page on eBay and click "All Selling" in the Sell section and then scroll down to the bottom of the page it shows your Promotional offers and this gives the start and end dates and how many used and how many left every month. Also when you are offered the 100 free listing that will show as well.
    Hope this helps:)

I've had some good sales recently. Started selling in March and have cleared quite a lot of unused stuff from the house and made over £500 a month. The debts are coming down steadily. I generally list on Thursdays and Sundays. And have a few items on long listed Buy it Now. Love the trickle of sales that come in from that. I pack well, put in a card from my huge stock of unused cards which I want to get rid of and let my stuff go to new homes and better use I hope. Really pleased. Even with the double fees from selling and PayPal. Onwards!

    Hi everyone,

I have just read all the posts and has given me the push I needed to put my stuff on Ebay, I have so much junk, another persons treasure so they say!!! I love Ebay, I have sold quite a bit on there, just depends on what people want really. Has anyone got any tips they would recommend. Happy Ebaying everyone xxx:T

Hi folks managed another few sales after putting in some effort and it's paid off - up to £92 and another payment pending and another sale as well so hopefully will get to my £100.
That will be £300 I've made since April for my hols.

It's the most I've made in 2mths since I started eBay and I think it's down to the encouragement from this forum - I still get fed up doing it but then I read the post's and think of the money and the clutter free rooms and it motivates me again.

So thanks everyone and keep listing:)

oh yes and welcome truebluemummy - good luck and my tip is don't let eBay rule ur life - just list a few at a time and it's surprising how they mount up (sorry if that's a bit obvious but I kept trying to list loads and it would overwhelm me and I would stop but since I started doing this it's seems to have paid off):)

    What she said!

I also used to get put off when I had a duff week with low prices, non payers etc. Now I just put it behind me and look ahead. Every item out and £ in is progress.

OMG I am impressed my first real listings out of the 20 I listed last week I have sold 5 items. Taking out P&P I have made £18.00, its not much but its £18 I wouldn't of had.
