Vodafone....how long is a piece of string...

Changed from phone with a normal sim...changed contract to iphone....iphone delivered with a nano sim Question: how long should it take for Vodafone to get it up and running....? any ideas?

aaaah...you just have to love vodafone....approx a month now and still can't use her new iphone because sim wont work....so here she is home....with a phone that just about works and a new iphone and contract she hasn't been able to use.....
